Makin' Tracks Rules & Regulations:

1. For our guests to receive any service you must have written proof from your family vet of the following:
• Negative stool sample good for 6 months.
• Yearly Distemper
• Bordatella (Kennel Cough)
• Rabies
2. Makin' Tracks hours:
• Drop off daily for hotel or daycare: 9-11am or 6:30-8pm Day care pets must be picked up by 8pm
• Hotel guests must be picked up by 9-11am or 6:30-8pm. Pick up after 11 am or 8:30pm you will be charged for an additional 1/2 day.
3. All services by appointment only
4. We will inspect all guests for fleas upon arrival. If a flea bath is necessary, you will be charged for a flea bath.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel an existing reservation within 5 days of the arrival date, you will be charged for one-half the amount of the cost of the entire stay. A credit card will be kept on file for this purpose.
